This .6 acre property is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac overlooking Shuswap Lake.
We’re currently in the process of land clearing, while working closely with CSR and environmental authorities to establish riparian areas. Septic system approvals are also underway as we prepare for the next phase of development.
